Fixed issue #86, Client Initial Repeated After Failure to Parse SH. Incorrect SH now generates a connection close.

Added an option to let the demo client starts an exchange by sending zero TLS key shares. This forces an HRR. Also added the corresponding unit test.

Added a unit test to check that an HRR is correctly sent when the initial client hello does contain the correct initial share. Fixed a bug in the processing of the client hello.

Fixed the spurious retransmission bug and the bad acknowledgements bug. Added test case for spurious retransmit.

Added a test to check for absence a retransmission in a "silent" connection. Fixed a bug introduced when checking for already acked stream frames.

Wrote a stop sending unit test. Then, verified that the stop sending command actually works, and fixed bugs.

Fixed the project files and one test file so that the solution works for all combinations of x64/x86 and debug/release on windows.

Added unittest for erroneous transport parameters, verify that connection is closed with adequate error.
