Adapter properly integrated in feature model generator

Feature Model Configurator and Implementation Generator now use jdom instead of jsoup

Some fixes on the impl generator

Added a program that automatically generates implementations based on the Feature Model, which adds some convenience

Each module now has a list of types, which is built automatically

First example for the Feature Model Configurator added, with no real data and yet incomplete implementation
